Based on 30 years of research at Princeton University, Optimal Dynamics provides AI informed logistics optimization software that is able to incorporate uncertainty into truckload planning to create real-time adaptive decision-making and resilient networks, permitting its customers to better manage their trucking networks, drive automation in their operations, and optimize their load planning. Fitz Gate was the first and only VC in the Pre-Seed round. Subsequently the company closed a Seed round led by Fusion Fund, an $18M Series A round led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation by Embark Ventures among others, and a $35M Series B round led by The Westly Group with participation by Standard Investments and Activate Capital Partners, among others.
