Advertisers worried about their brands’ reputations will be able to keep their ads off fake news sites. Large language models associated with ChatGPT, Bard and other AI will know which sites are real and which are fake. Newsguard’s technology has rated and reviewed all the news sources that account for 95% of online engagement. Fitz Gate was the sole venture capital fund invited to participate in Newsguard’s seed round along with Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s leading ad agencies, the Knight Foundation, Cox Media and other investors. Newsguard subsequently raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A round from ImpactAssets and other investors.
